Day 198.
We found out about a month ago that Lily has a small mass in her tummy. It's not hurting her or causing any problems, but it is growing and starting to weigh her down, so she walks a bit closer to the ground than she did before. She's about 3 years old now but, other than the mass, she's perfectly healthy! A good weight, good heart, nice lungs. This is why I hate listening to the vet tell us about the future and needing to put her down if it gets too heavy for her. There's an option of surgery, but it's not something we can afford and, due to her age, there's a risk she wont wake up. We don't really know what to do.
The good news is she's very happy and has a ton of energy. Lily is my favorite pet I've ever had. I don't want to think about her leaving.
If anyone has any advice or whatever, that'd be pretty cool.

I recommended my good friend to advise you, considering she has alot of good experience with rats, and has even delt with the hardship of loosing them. </3 So I hope her words, including everyone elses here will help you. We all feel for ya, and wish you and your Lily, the very, very best. <3<3
